Selling Sunset spin-off Selling Tampa perfectly filled the drama shaped hole in our lives, following season four at The Oppenheim Group. Based around the successful all-Black all-female firm Allure Realty, there were perfect properties, office rivalries and arguments to boot – which is probably why viewers are already wondering about a potential season two.

So, will Selling Tampa get a follow-up series? Here’s what we know so far, from release date to trailer and more.

Has Selling Tampa season 2 been confirmed?

Sadly not yet, but the first series only dropped on Netflix on 15 December 2021, so it could be early days yet.

Who would star in Selling Tampa season 2?

Allure Realty’s owner Sharelle Rosado would presumably take centre stage once more, although there is her pregnancy to take into consideration when it comes to timings.

It’s likely Anne-Sophie Petit, Colony Reeves, Juawana Williams, Karla Giorgio and Tennille Moore would also return. But there are question marks hanging over Alexis Williams, who was fired by Sharelle at the end of season one, and Rena Frazier, who ruffled feathers by trying to set up a rival brokerage.

As is also the case with Selling Sunsetit wouldn’t be unusual for new faces to join (oh hey Vanessa and Emma) so we can assume there might be some cast additions if the series happens, too.

What could happen in Selling Tampa season 2?

  • Has Rena left to start her own brokerage? The season finale saw her sign the lease on her own real estate office, and yet she’s still listed as an associate on the Allure Realty website. Hmm.
  • Could Alexis get her job back? After a series of disappointing sales efforts, Alexis was asked to leave the brokerage – but could that be a temporary move?
  • Could Sharelle relocate to Miami? During season one, Sharelle discovers she’s pregnant with her third child – her first with boyfriend Chad Johnson, who is actually based in Miami. Could she start splitting her time between Tampa and Miami?

What is Selling Tampa?

The official Netflix synopsis reads:

“Owned by military vet Sharelle Rosado, this all-Black, all-female real estate firm has its eyes set on dominating the Suncoast. These ladies are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate. Sharelle has big plans for her brokerage and won’t let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams a reality.”

We’ll be ready and waiting for that confirmation.
