Hassan Jameel who??
Our prayers have finally been answered. The relationship that Twitter stans have been ‘shipping’ for so long could actually be happening.
Not too long ago, news broke that Rihanna and her Saudi billionaire boyfriend of 3 years – Hassan Jameel, broke things off. Now, as sad as this was (and we were pretty sad about it,) A$AP Rocky coming into the picture just seems to make everything 10 times better. Especially considering him and Rihanna’s long history. Ever since the release of Rocky’s song ‘Fashion Killa’ in 2013, the Internet have wanted A$AP and Ri to get together.
I mean…look at them. What an unbelievably attractive couple!
A source from The Sun reported that “Rihanna and rapper ASAP Rocky have been dating since her newfound single status” and “it’s early days but they’re into it.”
This isn’t the first time that dating rumours have sparked between the two talents. They’ve had a long-term friendship for a while now (so all of this may simply be platonic) but here’s hoping.
They were seen hanging out together during Paris Fashion Week in 2019:

They even walked the red carpet together at The Fashion Awards in London in December 2019:
Although neither Riri or Rocky have commented on the rumours at hand. The source reported that, “it’s really casual between them and she’s [Rihanna] not thinking about whether there’s a future with Rocky. She’s a newly-single girl having fun.”
We can’t fault that logic.
As of 20 May 2021, ASAP Rocky officially confirmed that he and Rihanna are dating (and can I just add, what he said was swoon-worthy.) The 32-year-old rapper told GQ in their June/July 2021 issue that Riri’s “the one. The love of my life. My lady.”
Is there a more good looking couple? Yep, I don’t think so.
