Organised by international advocacy organisation Global Citizen, the event is happening on Saturday 26 September, and is set to be the biggest humanitarian event in. the. WORLD.
It’s expected to draw in more than 1.5 billion viewers around the world and aims to tackle extreme poverty and climate change.
Mohammed Al Gergawi, UAE Minister of Cabinet Affairs and the Future, joined Priyanka Chopra Jonas on stage in Switzerland, for the 50th annual meeting of the World Economic Forum to announce the news.
