Ahead of the Love is Blind season 4 finale coming out on April 14th, the internet is doing some extra sleuthing on the couples that have made it to the altar. [SPOILERS] The last cliffhanger that we aired saw viewers waiting on Kwame Appiah to say ‘I do’ to Chelsea, and other than the fact that TikTok thinks he doesn’t even ~love~ his fiancé, fans are even claiming that his family is fake.
When viewers met Kwame’s sister Barbara in the series, they claimed that she was the “best part” of the contestant, watching her supportive and positive energy at the wedding. However, on April 10, culture writer Ada Enechi took to Twitter to say “TikTok is saying Kwame hired a random Ghanaian woman to play his sister, and tbh that wouldn’t surprise me #LoveIsBlindS4“.

TikTokers are also accusing Kwame of having ‘fake phonecalls’ with his mother, who doesn’t support the marriage FYI, as they seem too formal.

So, did Kwame Appiah “hire an actress” to play his sister on Love is Blind season 4?
Twitter user Ruth Etiesit Samuel clarified that although she had no comments on Kwame’s ‘phonecall’s’ with his mother, his sister Barbara is in fact *not* a paid actress. “Unfortunately false — I just went down a rabbit hole locating family photos — but would love this if it were true” she responded to another tweet.

Things look a biiiit too sus, especially since this isn’t Kwame Appiah’s first reality TV show either. TikTokers found a man that uncannily resembled Kwame Appiah in a season of Married at First Sight as well, and the clip is going viral.

Kwame Appiah hasn’t responded to these rumours yet, but we have a feeling a lot of explaining will be going on during the Love is Blind season 4 reunion on April 17th.
