Cosmo ME: How did you react to the news of being cast onto ‘Wild Love’?
Flavia Loas: I thought it was a show called Wild Love, whereas the name says, we’re going to get wild and meet hot people from all over the world and do well stuff like jumping out of airplanes and that kind of adrenaline. So I was really excited for that. So my reaction was, of course I was in shock. Like I couldn’t believe it. I saw the show before. I have to say I was a really big fan, but I would never guess, this was it.
Cosmo ME: In that moment when you were arriving on the island, did you feel intimidated? Scared? Confident?
Flavia Loas: It’s so nerve-wrecking. I was so nervous. I didn’t know what to expect or how was the people in the house if the girls were nice or not. I was really scared but I had to be very confident and just go for what I wanted. So that’s what I did.
Cosmo ME: How do you think your life has changed since being on Too Hot to Handle?
Flavia Loas: I’ve been in the UK a few days ago and people stop us in the street like to ask us for pictures. Or some of them even say like they’re very huge fans of the show. Our engagement is growing fast on Instagram. So I’m really grateful for that. I’ve been nominated for the People’s Choice Award and I won the award for best Latin American Influencer. So it’s it’s like a huge dream come true for me.

Cosmo ME: Any relationship advice you’d give after your experience on the show?
Flavia Loas: Relationship is built in respect and trust, so if you want to build something real or have a real connection with someone, you need to have all of those stuff. So it’s really important to focus on that and just not the physical, you know?
Cosmo ME: If you could go back and re-live the experience again, would you do anything differently?
Flavia Loas: No. I think I managed it the right way. I I have a strong character like personality. But in the show, in all the process, Lynette taught me that a lot about myself, a lot about being patient, about a lot about trusting. So I wouldn’t change anything. I feel like you’re really different person now and I love who I am now. The workshops are amazing. We did this workshop with the girls where we had to say what were our like problems. I had trust issues, so yeah. So, we have to work on that.
C: Did you feel as though you healed, after the retreat? Once you came back home?

And I feel like after the show and everything that happened with Creed and the love triangle. I didn’t expect at all, I think I’ve managed the right way and I’ve learned a lot about it. So yeah, I think like I’ve healed. And now, actually I’m very good friends with Creed. I’m very close to him. So I can say that I’ve healed. You know, like it doesn’t matter what happened on the show.
C: You’ve sort of moved and now you’re sort of doing your own thing.
FL: Yeah! In the past, I would have probably… I would hate him and not talk to him again. But now like I’ve built a relationship with him, not romantically, but in a really friendly way. He’s a very good friend of mine. He’s very close to me.
C: Love that for you. When a girl reaches that point where we can be friends, they’re just so content.
FL: So when I found out that Imogen was part of that love triangle with me, like I like in the past, I would probably yell at her or or fight her, but I just accepted it and we became very close friends too. So I think that’s a huge step for me too.

C: Obviously we have to ask, but how’s your love life looking like now?
FL: My love life right now… Well, I have to say, I am in a relationship with a Peruvian boy. He’s a really nice guy. I can say he made me believe in love again, which is like very tough because of everything that happened in the show. But yeah, he really gained it. And it was not, it was hard, it was hard, but we’re getting along really well and we have a nice relationship built on trust.
C: Love that for you! It’s always after a toxic situation, you find yourself in such a healthier place. Like how do you cope?
FL: Everything that happened lead me to this. So that’s why I wouldn’t change anything.
C: We’ve definitely stalked you. You guys are really cute.
FL: Aw! And honestly, we help each other in in every situation and I think that’s a really good thing about my relationship too. It’s like we are the dream team.
C: All the girls are doing great and we love that for you guys.
