18-year-old Jordanian content creator Rozzah was born for the screen. And that’s a fact. The influencer, YouTuber and lil entrepreneur reached 100,000 subscribers back in 2017 and has now amassed a whopping four million. (Yep, that’s just within 4 years.)
From beauty and fashion videos to reactions, pranks, and vlogs – Rozzah really does it all. She’s even begun her own merch line called ‘razz merch‘ and has a backup Instagram account with thousands of followers.
Cosmo ME got the chance to speak to the social media star ahead of her visit to the UAE capital for Vidcon 2021. Scroll down to read our exclusive interview with her!
On how she became a content creator
Obviously, becoming a content creator is no easy task. It takes years of dedication and consistency, so we were curious to find out why and how Rozzah chose that path. “Since my childhood, I have been fond of photography and sitting in front of the camera” she describes. Apparently, she’d imitate famous announcers and actresses, playing their roles, and once she came across YouTube, it was the best platform for her to direct all that energy to.
Another part of Rozzah’s bigger dream is studying ‘journalism and media,’ but for now, the beauty is content with her *huge* platform and the ability to communicate certain ideas or opinions to her audience.
If you’re wondering, ‘what about the trolls?’ Don’t worry, Rozzah pays no mind to them and just “ignores” it.
Her future plans include “going international” which we see happening sooner than we think tbh!
Her advice to content creators who are starting out
When discussing how she’d give advice to other YouTubers and influencers starting out, Rozzah says that the first step is using “Instagram as it opens the door to Youtube.” And you would also need “perseverance and determination.” You “can’t get bored.”
*Takes notes*
A creator that Rozzah herself looks up to is “Joe Hattab because he expands the horizons of knowledge to people in a classy and entertaining way.”
On her favourite skincare products
As Rozzah’s *also* a beauty blogger, it only made sense for us to ask her what her all-time favourite skincare products were. For the winter, Rozzah says that are “moisturizing serums and face masks” are her go-to. Especially those from Garnier.
A special message to her fans
Humble, down-to-earth, and sweet are the best words to describe this YouTuber. Exhibit A? When we asked her: ‘If your fans are reading this right now, what would you tell them?’ Her thoughtful response was “I love you all so much, you are the reason for my happiness.”
We stan.
