Before we say anything we’d like to advise everyone not to get their hopes up (we definitely have not taken that advice). However, this ‘reunion’ is taking place only in a work setting. The exes are both taking part in a table read of 1982’s Fast Times at Ridgemont High.
Ridgemont High is back in session! #FastTimesLive will now stream on September 17 at 9PM ET / 6PM PT. Tune in and join me in supporting @CoreResponse and @REFORM. Watch on Facebook or Tiktok. The reading is completely virtual and sees some seriously big names streaming from their living rooms, such as Matthew McConaughey, Julia Roberts and John Legend. Set to stream on Facebook Live and TikTok on the September 17th, the reading will raise money for CORE, a charitable organisation which provides emergency help amid the Covid-19 pandemic, and Reform Alliance, an criminal justice reform organisation.
Brad and Jen haven’t been on-screen together for a whole nineteen years, with the last time being Brad’s infamous Thanksgiving guest appearance as Will Colbert on Friends, who ironically hated Rachel Green.
This is also the first time that the pair have been publicly seen interacting since *that* night at the SAG awards back in Jan where they looked pretty happy to be in each other’s company.
Although we would love to see a real reunion, we’re more than happy to take a professional reunion in the meantime!
