The Spice Girls reunion has been one stressful rollercoaster of emotions. After the group shared a selfie they took together in February, rumors have been swirling about a reunion and possibly a reunion tour, which Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice) has shot down on multiple occasions. But thankfully Melanie Brown, a.k.a Mel B and Scary Spice, confirmed the Spice Girls WILL HAVE A REUNION. Yes, the Spice Force Five is 100 percent back in full force and ready to spice up your life.
Mel B spilled the tea as she was walking the red carpet for America’s Got Talent. “I can’t say anything, but you definitely will see us, all five, back together this year,” she said to reporters at the event. “And not just in Geri’s front room!”
Ah, marinate on that. All. Five. Spice. Girls. Will. Reunite. This. Year.
The Spice Girls are also rumored to perform at the royal wedding this year, thanks to rumors started by Mel B, who should probably be called Gossip Spice at this point. Reporters also tried to squeeze more wedding information out of Mel B, but she played it coy this time and said, “Gosh! But we are definitely going to do stuff this year, that is for sure.”
Somebody needs to notify reunion-denier Beckham because it seems she didn’t get the memo.
While Mel B didn’t specifically say the reunion involved a tour, she didn’t deny it either!
