There might not have been an all-black dress code at last night’s Oscars, but that doesn’t mean Hollywood actresses are no longer standing up for women’s rights.
The Time’s Up movement started after the countless misbehaviour allegations against American film producer Harvey Weinstein, which resulted in #MeToo gaining momentum on social media.
At last night’s Vanity Fair Oscars party, Emma Watson turned up with a fresh looking tattoo on her arm, which showed her continuing solidarity to the ‘Time’s Up’ movement.
The only problem is that Emma unfortunately missed out an apostrophe (which trust me is so easily done, I’m terrified that I am going to do the exact same thing in this article).
Luckily for Emma it doesn’t look like she’s caused any permanent embarrassment as the tattoo appears to only be a temporary transfer, but that of course didn’t stop the people of Twitter going in.
Emma Watson seems to be missing an apostrophe on her Time's Up tattoo pic.twitter.com/aHtBng9Lhh

Love Emma Watson trying too hard to prove how much of a feminist she is with that Times Up tattoo and missing the apostrophe

So, Emma Watson got a new tattoo on her arm and it's missing an apostrophe. That was silly of her, wasn't it?

Emma Watson got a “Time’s Up” tattoo but it’s missing the apostrophe. I sooooo thought she was better than that. #oscars

Even though Emma Watson's tattoo has a grammatical mistake, I still love her

We’re with Dave on this one. So what she missed out an apostrophe, surely what really matters is that she is continuing to highlight one of the biggest shifts in the entertainment industry and voicing her support for other women.
This is not the first time that Emma has spoken up in support of the Time’s Up movement and let’s not forget her role as UN Goodwill Ambassador fronting the HeForShe campaign, which promotes gender equality.
Emma hasn’t responded to the apostrophe dramas but you can bet that her inner Hermoine has already schooled her on her grammar.
