In a short preview clip of season 17 of KUWTK , Kim acknowledges that Paris Hilton kick-started her career.

The clip shows a conversation between Kim and Khloe. Kim opens up about her busy schedule. She feels tired because she is preparing for the Met Gala and the birth of her fourth child, Psalm West.

Despite her busy schedule, she made time to “travel to the city” and appear in Paris Hilton’s music video Best Friend’s A@$.

Khloe commends her sister’s efforts saying “That’s so nice that you’re doing that.” Kim states that she would do “Anything” for Paris, except dance.

“She literally gave me a career and I totally acknowledge that…It’s important for me to be loyal to people” says Kim. Paris and Kim are so close that Kim instinctively knows what Paris’ dressing room smells like.

If that’s not girlfriend goals, I don’t know what is!

Kim and Paris haven’t always been besties. Kim and Paris met when they were “little girls”. Kim worked as Paris’ assistant between 2003 and 2006.  They even took a girls’ trip to Ibiza. In 2008, their friendship ended and the shady comments began. The pair reconnected in 2014 and reminisced about ‘the good old days’. They have continued to support each other’s business ventures. In 2018, Paris helped promote Kanye’s Yeezy collection and earlier this year, Kim appeared in Paris Hilton’s music video.
