• Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna might be getting into a legal battle over their daughter Dream.
  • Chyna wants Dream to be on her reality show, while Rob is very much against it.

Even though he usually doesn’t like to be in the spotlight (to the point where he isn’t on Keeping Up With the Kardashians anymore), Rob Kardashian, aka the shyest of the Kardashian siblings, has been making headlines this month. First, he returned to Instagram after being banned—well, it’s actually “Jenner Communications” (aka probably his mum, lol) running the account for him, and there are a tonne of rules that the account has to follow, but still, @RobKardashianOfficial lives!

Now, TMZ is also reporting that Rob and Blac Chyna might be getting into a legal dispute over their daughter Dream. Apparently, Chyna would like their daughter to appear on her reality show The Real Blac Chyna, but Rob is against the idea. And since they share 50/50 joint custody of Dream, Chyna needs his permission to have Dream on her show.

After Chyna sent Rob an appearance release for Rob to sign, Rob sent back a letter from his lawyer saying that Dream won’t be on the series, and should the network “proceed with releasing any episodes of the series or related materials containing Dream’s likeness, it will be acting at its own peril and exposing itself to significant liability.” Woof!

A source says Rob doesn’t want Dream on the show for two main reasons—one, because he feels that Chyna’s life “is way too tumultuous and a reality show would just exacerbate the situation.” And secondly, he didn’t enjoy his own experience with reality shows and “doesn’t want his daughter subjected to the long hours, the lights and the drama.”

Rob and Chyna haven’t had the best relationship since they separated, but hopefully they’ll be able to solve this without getting into a big legal battle!
