The time has come to talk about your boyfriend Rami Malek because he has a girlfriend and- alarmingly – she’s not you. Or me. I’ll give you a moment. My sincere apologies.

Turns out Rami is dating his Bohemian Rhapsody costar Lucy Boynton, who plays Freddie Mercury’s muse Mary Austin in the award-winning film. You can expect to see a lot of Rami and Lucy as we jump into awards season, so here’s what you need to know about their stan-worthy relationship.

They Met on Set and Fell Fast

A source said as much to US Weekly back in April 2018, musing, “They met while filming Bohemian Rhapsody in London. He is so into her. He goes and visits her in London all the time.”

Peep their vibe in the film and just TRY to claim there isn’t IRL chemistry:

Actually this photo is kinda weird. Moving on….

And It’s Not Just Reports…They’ve Been ~Spotted~

The paps managed to capture what we all have desperately been waiting for!  A picture of the couple looking quite intimate was snapped in August and it was objectively H-O-T !

But Rami Only Confirmed Their Relationship This Month

The blessed moment happened when Rami won the Breakthrough Artist Award at the Palm Springs International Film Festival on January 3, and sweetly said, “Thank you, Lucy Boynton. You have been my ally, my confidante, my love. Thank you so much.”

Fast-forward to 3:08 in the video below, if you can handle it. Which, quite frankly, you cannot.

Their Awards Show PDA Is All I Currently Care About

While Lucy and Rami kept things relatively chill in their group photos at the Golden Globes, pics from the after-party were a thirst fest:

FYI, Lucy Isn’t the First Costar Rami’s Dated

He was previously linked to Mr. Robot’s very own Portia Doubleday, who he parted ways with in 2017. In all honesty, they were pretty adorable:

And, apparently he also dated his Twilight costar Angela Sarafyan. That’s right, RAMI MALEK WAS IN TWILIGHT.

Cool. Now all that’s left to do is develop a cute shipper name! Join me in this very important activity:
