Virgin Radio RedFestDXB, the U.A.E’s number one music festival is coming back with a bang, next year and we’ve got all the deets. The music festival generally lasts for two days and has been bringing some of the biggest names in the music industry to our shores. We’ve had the likes of Jessie J, Demi Lovato, Bastille and The Script make appearances main stage and you won’t believe who’s coming next year…
First up, we have Cosmopolitan Middle East’s November issue cover star, Camila Cabello. She’ll be hitting the stage on the second day of RedFestDXB 2019, which is Friday, February 15. Former member of power girl group, Fifth Harmony, Camila is famous for hits such as ‘Never Be The Same’ and ‘Havana’. Her recent collaboration with the precious BAZZI is definitely one jam we can’t get out of our heads. If you haven’t heard it yet, it’s ‘Beautiful’ (pun intended) and, you should give it a listen.
Next up, to be hitting the stage on the second day of the mega music festival is none other than, American rapper Macklemore. His rise to fame can be credited to the total bop, ‘Thriftshop’. If you don’t know all the words to the song yet, you’re not cool enough to sit with us. We can’t expect hits such as ‘Can’t Hold Us’, ‘Glorious’ and our personal fave, ‘Downtown’.
Lastly, following these big acts, is locally-renowned Brit DJ, Jax Jones. He’s not a stranger to our Emirate and, we can’t wait to welcome him back. He’s a pretty big deal, having collaborated with stars such as Stefflon Don, Years and Years, etc. Famous hits, courtesy of the talented Jax Jones include ‘Ring Ring’, ‘You Don’t Know Me’ and ‘Instruction’. He definitely knows how to get a party started and we can’t wait to get jiggy with his sick beats.
