Every four years my S.O disappears for about a month. There are no date nights, no dinners and no social life for four solid weeks. If I even dare make a plan that messes with the FIFA schedule, I get a glare and a firm NO. I kind of like my husband and don’t want to spend the entire month away from him, so I’ve started to try getting into FIFA and, girls, there’s more to it than just the game, namely the superhot dudes out on the playing field who make it well worth the watch. Let’s face it, I’m never going to love football. I don’t get it. But I do love me some eye candy. Here’s my pick of the hottest Middle Eastern boys on the field. I’m totally rooting for all of them 🙂

MOROCCO

Group B: (For footie novices like me, the World Cup is divided into 8 groups. There are 32 countries in all with 4 teams in each.)

Other teams in Group B include Iran, Portugal and  Spain.

Match dates: 15, 20 and 25 June, 2018.

Guys We Love

1. Munir Mohand Mohamedi, Goal Keeper

The 29-year-old goalie was born in Spain, Melilla, which explains his hot temper. He joined the Moroccan football team in 2014 and has been a smokin’ hot presence ever since.

2. Achraf Hakimi, Defense

The handsome hunk can usually be seen next to Cristiano Ronaldo, playing for Real Madrid. But for this World Cup he’ll be supporting Morocco’s national team as central defender. He has the cutest dimples EVER!

SAUDI ARABIA

Group A with Russia, Egypt and Uruguay.

Match dates: 14, 20  and 25 June, 2018.

Guy We Love

1. Hattan Bahebri, Middle Field

He’s the team’s golden boy. The 25-year-old kicker plays for Khaleej FC in Saudi and made it to the WC in Moscow this year. Check out those muscles!

2. Abdullah Al-Mayouf, Goalkeeper

The 31-year-old goalie has won the Crown Prince Cup and the League and Kings Cup in 2015/2016. Talented and charismatic, he’s definitely one of our faves on the field at the mo.

TUNISIA

Group G with Belgium, Panama and England.

Match dates: 18, 23 and 28 June, 2018.

Guys we love

1. Oussama Haddadi, Defender

Sorry girls, this cutie is already taken. The 28-year-old is happily married and has a little son. But looking never hurt anybody, right?

2. Ali Maâloul, Defender

At 28, the Tunisian National football team defender is super hot. Anyone think he looks a tad like George Clooney?

EGYPT

Group A with Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Uruguay

Match dates: 15, 19 and 25 June, 2018.

Guys we love

1. Mohamed Elneny, Middle Field

Mohamed Elney’s hair is an attention grabber, but so are his mad football skillz and sharp jaw line. When he’s not representing Egypt at the World Cup, he plays for Arsenal.

2. Ramadan Sobhi, Middle Field

The 21-year-old is the rising star of Egyptian football. He led the team to the win in the Egyptian Premier League and is now working his way up the British football clubs. And what can I say, I just have a weakness for men with curls. *swoon*.

IRAN

Group B with Portugal, Morocco and Spain

Match dates: 15. 20 and 25 June, 2018.

Guys we love

1. Reza Ghoochannejhad, Forwards

The young Persian previously played for the Dutch national youth teams before returning to Iran to play for the national team. He’s just an all-round dream boat.

2. Ramin Rezaeian Semeskandi, Defender

He’s totally the embodiment of tall, dark and handsome. The 28-year old Iranian footballer one of the hottest lookers at FIFA. He currently plays for Ostende in the Belgian First Division A and the Iran national football team.
