Between red carpet, fire and ice, vampire and so many more, there are a wealth of treatments out there for your skin, so you’d be forgiven for not having a clue what to choose between. But I have just found my few favourite facial, and for once the name of it isn’t confusing—it does exactly what it says: gives your face a workout. At least, in theory.

The Face Fitness Facial Massage at Browz, Al Wasl Road, is basically a targeted, small-scale lymphatic drainage massage – and the results were amazing.

But first, let’s talk about the salon. The ultra-chic space looks like something between a luxurious salon, and a top-tier barre class studio. It’s imbued with warm natural light, soft pinks and creams, a retail section with loads of exclusive beauty brands – and even the latest issue of Cosmo!

The procedure starts with a deep cleanse (two of my favourite words in the Oxford Dictionary) to unclog pores, before the freaky stuff started. The rest of the treatment used high-energy kneading movements, and a machine run over your skin, causing your nerves to spasm in some way. We finished the treatment with a serious dose of Co2 and hyaluronic acid being applied onto my skin via a coolifting gun.

Its anecdotal effects are immediate. Not only was I g*l*o*w*i*n*g thanks to the insane quality of the skincare products, but I immediately looked less puffy, more toned and totally refreshed.

What other benefits can your skin reap from the Face Fitness Facial Massage? It stimulates blood circulation, increases collagen production and cell renewal on your face, helps water retention (one of my biggest vices), improves skin texture, intensely hydrates, and lifts, tones, and contours your whole face.

Try it now and thank me later.
