Full disclosure: you can never own too many perfumes. So when niche perfumery brand Arcadia opened its doors to their newly-refurbished store in the UAE this week, you best believe we were front in line.
Arcadia is a homegrown company founded by fragrance-enthusiast Amna Al Habtoor. Built on the premise of nostalgia, Arcadia is shaking up the culture of scents in the Middle East with a unisex, experiential fragrance line.
The brand has long been available to shop online, stocking luxury perfumes and candles that are re-writing the rules of gender and cultural boundaries in their own right. Not to mention they’re also paraben-free, chemical-free & cruelty-free.
Now, with the re-branding of its store in Dubai’s Dar Wasl mall, Arcadia is set to further cement its name in the Middle Eastern fragrance market.

We caught a first look at the exciting new store opening, and it is every bit of quiet luxury we could want in a fragrance store. Drawing inspiration from the elemental forces of Water, Air, Earth, and Fire, the space is minimal, tranquil and undeniably aesthetic in all manners of the word.
The store also reflects the UAE’s heritage, mirroring the intricate patterns and historic styles seen in Emirati architecture and art. “Our newly redesigned store represents a journey of innovation and tradition”, says Amna Al Habtoor, founder of Arcadia.
“We have carefully curated an environment that speaks to the heart of Arcadia’s values – sustainability, heritage, storytelling, and artistry. I look forward to welcoming our guests and hope this space evokes memories, nostalgia, and inspiration, bringing as much joy to them as it has to us in creating it.”
If you’re looking for a spritz of luxury ahead of summer, hit up Arcadia for nature and nostalgia in equal doses.
Available to shop in store now at Dal Wasl Mall, Dubai, and online here.
