The visuals for Love is Blind Habibi are really unmatched (in our totally unbiased opinion). For the first time in history, Love is Blind (Habibi) came to us in the Middle East, with singles originating from a range of Arab countries including Jordan, Tunisia and Iraq.
The series opens with the skyline of our fave cosmopolitan city 😉. Where the sunrises are beautiful and the sunsets are even more jaw-dropping. If you guessed Dubai, you’d be right.
But the series wasn’t just filmed here in Dubai. Filming locations included Abu Dhabi and also Lebanon.
Lebanon
The pods
Ahhh, the famous “pods”. The pods where the couples first met and fell in love “sight unseen”, were located in Lebanon.
EddeSands Hotel & Wellness Resort
After meeting in the pods, the couples visited the luxurious, beach-front resort we discovered to be EddeSands Hotel & Wellness Resort in Byblos, Lebanon (35km north of the capital).
Located in the small coastal town of Batroun, alongside the Mediterranean Sea, the resort describes itself as “one of the favourite party destinations in summer and a perfect haven for relaxation and well-being throughout the year”.
With only 23 rooms and catering to high net worth individuals, expats from all over the world and corporate events, the resort also boasts 6 restaurants, 6 swimming pools, private cabanas and they even host weddings!

Dubai, UAE
Park Hyatt Hotel
The weddings we saw towards the end of the series were filmed in the 5-star Park Hyatt Hotel, Dubai Creek. This is the venue in which we saw two couples part ways 💔 and one couple tie the knot (for the first time).
The hotel features an infinity lagoon which leads into a private sandy beach. *Books trip immediately*.
Guests can also make use of the 18-hole championship golf course or if that’s not your vibe, enjoy a relaxing massage at the in-house spa and be transported to a state of bliss. *We know which one we’d prefer*.
