Meghan Markle and her ~*bEtRoThEd~* attended a women’s empowerment reception on Wednesday as part of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting. The event seemed lovely, everyone looked happy to be there, and Meghan looked perfect in her LBD, as she usually does. In fact, the dress is so cute, Marie Claire notes, that Kim Kardashian, Blake Lively, and Tyra Banks have all worn it in the past.
