Gwyneth Paltrow debuted her engagement ring at the Producers Guild Awards on Saturday night, and get ready to ogle over it big-time. It’s a massive, round-cut blue diamond, and it’s totally gorgeous.
The actress wore a red Alex Perry gown to present Ryan Murphy with the Norman Lear Achievement Award in Television at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, but her blue ring was the real showstopper.
Paltrow and her Glee and American Horror Story co-creator fiancé, Brad Falchuk, began dating in 2014 and confirmed their engagement on the cover of Goop Magazine’s issue in January.
Paltrow regularly appears on Falchuk’s Instagram, where he gushes about her and also adorably documents her getting ready.
The pair met in 2010 when Paltrow guest-starred as substitute teacher Holly Holliday on Glee. Although she was still married at the time, they reconnected after her conscious uncoupling from Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, and the rest is history.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’ll be looking up blue engagement rings the rest of the day while listening to Paltrow sing this amazing rendition of Forget You.
