Since going public with their romance last year, both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have both stayed pretty quiet about their relationship. Well, that is until now!
The Suits star has just got very real with Vanity Fair about dating a real life prince. "[We are] two people who are really happy" and "in love", she told the US publication.
"We’re a couple. We’re in love", she gushed of their romance. And when quizzed about keeping their relationship private, she added, "I’m sure there will be a time when we will have to come forward and present ourselves and have stories to tell, but I hope what people will understand is that this is our time. This is for us. It’s part of what makes it so special, that it’s just ours. But we’re happy. Personally, I love a great love story."
She then went on to add the major public interest in their relationship was a shock for her - the pair went public in November last year, when Prince Harry wrote an open letter, defending Meghan.
"Right out of the gate it was surprising the way things changed," she revealed. "But I still have this support system all around me, and, of course, my boyfriend’s support. Nothing about me changed. I’m still the same person that I am, and I’ve never defined myself by my relationship."
