We've all been guilty of not *totally* committing to a healthy diet at some point or other. I mean, parts of the Dubai lifestyle make it 10 times harder to be on-plan 24/7, with all the amazing restaurants we have, the sheer convenience of having any food delivered to your door and the fact that (right now, at least) it's too hot to step outside, let alone walk anywhere. The struggle to stick to your diet is way too real...

1. The weekend is the perfect time to work-out, right? Wrong! Staying motivated in the gym is tough when all of your friends are Snapchatting from JBR or brunch.

2. Your favourite fast food places are on pretty much every block, and McDonald's is just a phone call away.

3. And then when you do make plans to go out with friends, and not stay in and order McDonald's, it always revolves around food.

5. And then when you are sticking to a diet, there are the diet saboteurs. Like, I really do appreciate you bringing a box of Dunkin' Donuts into the office, Stacy, but why today?

6. If you do manage to resist the donuts and decide to go for a run, you quickly find out that a light jog in Dubai is a scorching hot sweat-fest. In fact, let's just call it Bikram running and be done with it...
